RECIPE: Warm 1/3 cup mylk on the stovetop until just before boiling. In a large mug, mix 3 Tbsp cacao with the heated mylk. Blend with immersion blender until rich & creamy.
The recipe on the jar is for a traditional, thick drinking chocolate. For a lighter cacao experience, use half the amount of cacao for the same amount of mylk (and double your servings per jar!)
SOURCING: We direct source our heirloom cacao from small family farms along the Ucayali River in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. It is sustainably and ethically grown using regenerative agroforestry and biodynamic practices to create positive change for the growers, the cacao, and the earth.
